Multiple poses are encouraged within your shot limits. If you plan to shoot more! please book more spots! Pre Paid customers have priority over the last minute walk ins.

All images taken during these shoots are copyright protected by PHOTODAYSTUDIOS. Any unauthorized file sharing or commercial use is prohibited. Model release or Parental permission is required prior to each photo shoots. By making this purchase, you agree to grant that permission. All Parents or minors or clients over 18 years of age grant a full consent to PHOTODAYSTUDIOS PERFORM THESE PHOTO SESSIONS & USAGE TERMS. You further agree to release PHOTODAYSTUDIOS and it’s agents from any future lawsuits or any claims in connection with these photos, their copyrights, usage, showcasing or uploading them anywhere we see fit, including photodaystudios website or affiliated partners, such as shootproof , facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or any social media and any photo hosting companies for online proofing and purchasing.Furthermore PHOTODAYSTUDIOS grants a full and unlimited personal usage of these images to you and your family to enjoy. All photos will be available for download or purchase. We can not guarantee availability more than 45 days of free hosting. Additional hosting fee of $25-$100 may apply by advance notification. Refund policy: In case of any mishaps, corrupted files or unusable photos, PHOTODAYSTUDIOS will only offer a full refund. no questions asked.PHOTODAYSTUDIOS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE BEYOND THE AMOUNT OF PREPAY PURCHASE.Otherwise all sales are final , including all digital downloads, prints or merchandises ordered. We will do our best to deliver the highest quality images to the best of our ability. If for some reason the images you received are defected and do not look professional, we will gladly offer you a full refund no questions asked. Otherwise all prepaid shoots ( by PayPal) and any future digital downloads are final and no refund can be issued by PayPal or your credit card company.
